Anthony has been a member of the Bar since 2011 and his practice is mainly focused on M&A deals and Private Equity transactions.

He also assists his Clients on all aspects of Corporate Law, the negotiation of complex commercial contracts, risk management and pre-litigation issues arising from M&A transactions and commercial disputes, including disputes between shareholders.

Prior to founding Alma & Co, Anthony practiced with the business Law Firm Gray, Prouty and Schick (San Diego - USA) and the Corporate - Mergers & Acquisitions departments of the Law Firms Ydès (Lyon) and KPMG (Lyon).

Due to his training and professional experience in the United States, Anthony is bilingual in English and regularly works on transnational deals.
